Beauty Tips for the Bride-To-Be

Your wedding day is cropping up but you don’t have a beauty regime to help you look good on your big day? Here’s a quick guide to planning for your beauty routine.

Exfoliate

Remember to do regular exfoliation to get a healthy skin glow on your wedding day. This is the best way to remove dead skin cells so make sure you exfoliate your face and body three times a week at least 2 months before your big day! Try to get a mild face wash so that you don’t irritate your skin.

Facials

Try to schedule a monthly facial treatment, at least, four months before your wedding, especially if you have sensitive skin. These facial treatments will give your beautician enough time to help you with any blackheads, pimples or dead skin cells. Remember to drink enough water to keep your skin moisturized.

The Hair

Devote some time to care for your hair. If you don’t have time to go to for a weekly spa, then do a weekly hair spa at home instead. There are plenty of hair masks for sale at the pharmacy or you can also opt to try homemade hair masks as well. Look up some simple recipes on the Internet.

Nails

If you want good and healthy looking nails on your wedding day, don’t leave the manicures and pedicures to the very last minute. Pamper your nails so that they will look great on your big day! Start at least 2 months earlier so that there is enough time to deal with broken or short nails or cracked heels.

Meditation

It is not enough to only care about your physical appearance. Try meditation to help lower your stress levels and keep your body and mind healthy and joyful for your wedding. You can invite your other half to join you in a meditation or yoga session too; it is also a good way for newlyweds to take a breather from the hectic wedding schedule together.
